C++ Developer - Embarcadero/RAD Studio

Job Title : C++ Developer Embarcadero C++Builder.We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Embarcadero C++Builder.The ideal candidate should have practical experience developing and maintaining desktop applications using the Embarcadero RAD Studio/C++Builder environment.Candidates with experience limited to MFC C++, Visual C++, or generic C++ without Embarcadero C++Builder experience will not be considered.Mandatory Skills : - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Embarcadero C++Builder (RAD Studio).- Strong proficiency in C++Builder VCL/FireMonkey (FMX) application development.- Experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining Windows desktop applications.- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.- Good understanding of Windows application architecture.- Strong SQL query writing skills.- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.- Ability to write complex SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and optimize database interactions.- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps.Roles & Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Embarcadero C++Builder.- Develop new features and enhance existing desktop applications.- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for backend database operations.- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects.- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Optimize application performance and database interactions.- Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.Good to Have : - Experience with REST APIs or web services integration.- Knowledge of multithreading in C++Builder.- Experience with reporting tools.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.- Experience migrating legacy C++Builder applications to newer versions.Candidate Profile : - Proven commercial experience with Embarcadero C++Builder is mandatory.- Strong SQL and database development skills.- Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities.- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.Important Screening Criteria : - Mandatory hands-on experience with Embarcadero C++Builder.- Strong SQL and database querying skills.- Experience in projects where C++Builder was the primary development environment.- Profiles focused only on MFC C++, Visual C++, or generic C++ without C++Builder experience should not be considered.
