Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operational tasks related to sales and customer handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and expand market reach.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 5 years of experience in operations, sales, or customer handling, preferably within the energy or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
