Senior Administrator - MuleSoft & Azure API Management

Cencora seeks a Senior Administrator to manage MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure API Management in a 24/5 healthcare environment. The role combines platform administration with hands-on development, requiring expertise in API management, Azure infrastructure, Linux systems, and network operations to support migration and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform organizations, environments, runtimes, and API Manager policies
- Build, configure, and operate Azure APIM instances with VNet integration and policy management
- Plan and execute API migrations from MuleSoft to Azure APIM with testing and cutover support
- Manage Linux server infrastructure, troubleshoot network paths, and maintain monitoring and alerting
- Lead incident management, on-call support, and enforce security and compliance controls
Requirements
- 6–8 years hands-on MuleSoft and/or Azure API Management administration and development experience
- 10+ years total IT experience with strong cloud infrastructure and systems administration background
- Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and API Manager
- Production-level Azure APIM experience including policies, VNet integration, and self-hosted gateways
- Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu), networking fundamentals, and infrastructure knowledge
- CI/CD pipeline automation with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; infrastructure-as-code tools
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable
