About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, financial services, lending, loans, or fintech , with strong skills in lead management, customer engagement, sales coordination, and working with internal teams to move applications through the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities to achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and convert potential customers into qualified leads and active clients.
• Conduct product discussions and consultations with prospective customers.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of loan applications.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Customer Support teams for smooth processing and customer experience.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For

• 03 years of experience in Sales, FinTech, BFSI, NBFC, Lending, or Financial Services .
• Experience with loan products or education financing will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and go-getter mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Good working knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Candidates currently based in Bangalore are preferred.
