Description : Role : Full Stack Developer / Senior Full Stack EngineerExperience : 315 YearsLocation : Bangalore / PuneEmployment Type : Full-TimeAbout the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Golang, React.js, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web or mobile-enabled applications with modern architecture and cloud-native practices.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Golang and React.js.- Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications and robust backend services/APIs.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.- Participate in system design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.- Work in Agile/Scrum-based development environments.Required Skills : Backend : - Strong hands-on experience in Golang development.- Expertise in API development, microservices, and backend architecture.- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.Frontend : - Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.- Understanding of state management libraries such as Redux/Context API.Cloud & DevOps : - Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, or IAM.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.Additional Skills : - Experience in mobile application development is an added advantage.- Strong understanding of software design principles and system architecture.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Experience working on enterprise-scale or cloud-native applications.- Exposure to DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.Ideal Candidate Profile : - 3 to 15 years of software development experience.- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative teams.- Passion for building scalable, reliable, and user-centric applications.- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive solutions end-to-end.Nice to Have : - Experience with React Native or mobile app development.- Exposure to event-driven architecture and serverless applications.- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance optimization tools.
