About the Company :Our client is a profitable, early-stage startup that is scaling rapidly. We're looking for a hands-on Automation, Integration & CRM Operations Analyst to own and scale our workflows across platforms and tools. This role sits at the intersection of systems, automation and growth and is ideal for a builder who loves turning manual processes into reliable, measurable flows.What You'll Own :- Designing, implementation and maintenance of end-to-end automation across Webflow, Zapier (or similar), CRM and WhatsApp platforms.- Collaborating cross-functionally with business, product and growth teams to iterate on automations.- Developing WhatsApp-based engagement flows to drive faster responses and higher conversion.- Ensuring integrations are reliable, low-touch and well-documented; troubleshooting and fixing webhook/API issues.What we're looking for :- 2 to 5 years experience in CRM, Webflow operations, or automation roles.- Hands-on with Zapier or equivalent automation platforms; experience building multi-step, conditional workflows.- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic troubleshooting (auth, payloads, rate limits).- Strong data orientation: comfortable with field mapping, spreadsheets, basic SQL or reporting tools.What's On offer :- Fast-moving, high-impact role at a profitable startup.- Ownership over systems and processes that directly affect growth.- Learning opportunities and cross-functional exposure.
