We are seeking a detail-oriented Home Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design and a desire to help clients create their dream spaces. This role involves assessing client needs, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the consulting process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home consultations to assess client needs and preferences.
- Provide recommendations for home improvement and interior design based on client assessments.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on their satisfaction with services provided.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in home design and renovation to provide informed advice to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in home consulting, interior design, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and home improvement techniques.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
