Role overview:

The Assistant Manager – Content Writer will closely work with the Branding & Marketing team to develop strategic and impactful content across multiple formats and channels.

The role involves creating content for (but not limited to) Thought Leadership articles, Case studies, Blogs, Whitepapers, Website, Social media posts, Campaign messaging, Brochures, Video scripts, Internal communication, Press releases and other marketing collateral.

The incumbent will partner with branding, design, marketing, and business teams, to ideate and create audience-focused content that aligns with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and business objectives. In addition to strong writing capabilities, the role requires an understanding of marketing campaigns, audience engagement, content strategy, and digital communication.

The ideal candidate should be creatively sharp, strategically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, research, ideation, and productivity. Interest or experience in Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Consulting, or related industries will be an added advantage.

What will you do:

• Develop and create high-quality long-form and short-form content across multiple formats and channels.
• Write and edit content for Thought Leadership articles, Blogs, Whitepapers, Reports, Website pages, Social media posts, Campaign messaging, Emailers, Brochures, Video scripts, Internal communications, Press Releases, Executive profiles, Flyers and other marketing collateral.
• Partner with branding, design, marketing, and business teams to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
• Understand brand positioning, messaging frameworks, audience personas, and tone of voice to create consistent and impactful communication.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics and stay updated on trends across Analytics, AI, Data Science, Technology, Consulting, and related industries.
• Conduct competitor research, identify audience needs, and recommend new content and campaign ideas to strengthen the company’s marketing and communication strategy.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms for content research, ideation, optimization, repurposing, and productivity enhancement while ensuring quality and originality of output.
• Proofread and review content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistency, and alignment with brand and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage multiple deliverables and ensure timely execution of projects.

Ideally, you should have:

• 4+ years of work experience in content writing, content marketing, copywriting, brand communication, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication, writing, editing, and storytelling skills across long-form and short-form content formats.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, messaging, content strategy, and marketing communication.
• Experience in developing content for integrated marketing campaigns and digital platforms will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI tools and their application in content creation and marketing workflows will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Analytics, AI, Technology, IT, Consulting, or related industry content will be preferred.
• Working knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and digital content practices is preferred.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output within tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
