Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential customers to understand their property preferences and interests.2. Assess client requirements and recommend the most suitable property options.
3. Coordinate timely follow-ups and arrange/attend client site visits.
4. Share accurate and updated project information throughout the sales cycle.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction and conversion rates.
6. Stay informed on market trends, new launches, and competitor activities.
7. Maintain a structured and well-organized customer database.
8. Support clients seamlessly from initial inquiry to final closure.
9. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to team success.
10. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients as well as developer teams.
