Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with queries related to products, services, payments, and account information.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within the defined service standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department whenever required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards during every customer interaction.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a positive and professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Voice Process.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
