Job Title: US NON-IT Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced US NON-IT Team Lead with strong expertise in handling niche and leadership hiring requirements for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 8+ recruiters.
- Handle US NON-IT requirements including:
- Sales
- VP of Sales
- Pre-Sales
- Practice Manager
- Leadership Hiring
- Other Niche NON-IT Roles
- Work closely with System Integrators and Direct Clients.
- Drive team performance, delivery, and client management.
- Support end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US NON-IT recruitment.
- Experience in leadership and niche hiring.
- Minimum experience in handling a team of 8+ recruiters.
- Good client handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with System Integrators and Direct Clients is mandatory.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
