Job Title: Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Job Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (10 minutes' walk from Andheri West Station)
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
7. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
8. Coordinate offer and joining formalities.
9. Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
10. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
