HVAC Site Engineer

Project Execution
- Supervise HVAC installation activities, including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and testing.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate site activities with contractors, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Site Management
- Conduct site inspections and verify work quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity at the site.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
Engineering & Planning
- Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare material requisitions and coordinate material deliveries.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Testing & Commissioning
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities for HVAC systems.
- Ensure systems perform according to design parameters and client requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals from consultants and clients.
- Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all work complies with project quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
- Implement corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
- Maintain proper project records and documentation.
