Talent IQO is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented individuals to join our growing recruitment team. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a successful career in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.2. Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
3. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and overall suitability.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
7. Update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
