Require a Supply chain & logistics executive in Ahmedabad

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, and outbound distribution.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers to prevent stockouts and overstocking, utilizing inventory management systems effectively.
  
• Optimize transportation routes and carrier selection to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery efficiency.
  
• Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.
  
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain visibility, reduce lead times, and increase operational agility.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to the cosmetics industry (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO).
  
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast demand and align supply chain capacity accordingly.
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports for audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews.
  
• Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) to improve process automation and data accuracy.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics within the FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and transportation logistics.
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), WMS, and TMS platforms.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  
• Familiarity with compliance standards and documentation requirements in the cosmetics and personal care sector.
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Gujarat and surrounding regions for vendor visits or site audits.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and forecasting.
