Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for the position of Application Support Engineer (Findur). This role focuses on production support, incident management, and troubleshooting within a financial systems environment, ensuring high availability and smooth functioning of trading and post-trade processes. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams in a global setup. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2/L3 support for the Findur application and associated systems • Monitor trade flows, data interfaces, and batch processes • Investigate and resolve production incidents, trade breaks, and system issues • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions • Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI targets and minimize downtime • Analyze application logs, system alerts, and data discrepancies in Findur workflows • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution • Support debugging of trade lifecycle issues (trade capture, validation, settlement) • Assist in deployment activities, releases, and hotfix validations • Collaborate with business users, traders, and operations teams • Work closely with engineering and QA teams for issue resolution • Provide timely updates on in
