UiPath Solution Architect - RPA Platform

Position : UiPath Solution ArchitectOverall/Total Experience : 6-8 years onlyLocation : Remote Working (Only for Candidates living in India)Working Days : 5 DaysNotice Period Requirement : Immediate Joiners OnlyClient's Company Size : Startup / Small EnterpriseKey Responsibilities : - Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.- Design end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, and related components.- Own the client relationship as the front-facing technical representative.- Guide the development team on solution design and technical approach.- Review and validate PDDs and SDDs for accuracy and feasibility.- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation scale-up.Required Skills : - Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center.- Proven experience across the RPA lifecycle : assessment, design, build, and deployment.- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently.- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements without heavy oversight.- Familiarity with UiPath broader product suite (Document Understanding, Task Mining, or similar) is an advantage.Nice to Have : - UiPath certification (RPA Associate, Advanced, or Solution Architect track).- Prior experience in a client-facing delivery or consulting role.Candidate Requirements : - Strong UiPath Solution Architect Profile with client-facing RPA solutioning and hands-on implementation experience.- Must have 6+ years of total RPA experience, with at least 4+ years in hands-on UiPath implementation and solution design.- Must have proven experience across the full RPA lifecycle assessment, design, build, and deployment.- Must have experience engaging directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.- Must have experience designing end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.- Must have experience guiding development teams on solution design and technical approach, and reviewing/validating PDDs and SDDs for accuracy and feasibility.- Must have strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center.- Must be able to interpret business requirements independently, without heavy oversight, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation scale-up.
