General Manager - 3PL, Warehousing & Logistics

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager – 3PL, Warehousing & Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, and customer service for our C&F business.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead end-to-end 3PL, warehousing, and logistics operations across multiple locations

✔ Manage C&F operations, warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment

✔ Optimize transportation, fleet management, and distribution networks

✔ Drive warehouse automation, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives

✔ Monitor KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and logistics costs

✔ Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and quality management systems

✔ Build and manage relationships with clients, transporters, vendors, and key stakeholders

✔ Lead budgeting, resource planning, manpower management, and operational reporting

✔ Implement WMS, ERP, and digital supply chain solutions
