Job Description: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Selenium + Python + AI-Assisted Development)Role Overview:Experience: 5-8 YearsLocation: Bengaluru - Bellandur (5 days from office)Both rounds will be face to faceRole Overview:We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python, Selenium, automation framework development, and AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building scalable automation solutions, integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines, and effectively leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, test design, and code quality.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.- Automate Web and Desktop applications.- Implement and maintain Page Object Model (POM) frameworks.- Create and execute automated test cases for functional and regression testing.- Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps or Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.- Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate automation development, debugging, and test design.- Analyze failures, debug issues, and improve test reliability.Required Skills:- Strong experience with Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Pytest.- Good understanding of POM and automation framework design.- Experience with Web/Desktop Automation.- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/Jenkins and Git.- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.- Ability to write effective prompts, validate AI-generated code, and optimize outputs for maintainability and quality.- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
