Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging one-on-one online tutoring sessions for Year 1-12 students.
2. Teach Maths and Science
3. Explain complex concepts in a simple, clear, and effective manner.
4. Adapt lesson plans and teaching approaches to meet individual student learning needs.
5. Track student progress and support their academic development.
6. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations following tutoring sessions.
7. Maintain professional communication, punctuality, and high teaching standards.
8. Collaborate with the AKademy38 academic team to ensure quality learning outcomes.
9. Assist students with exam preparation, assignments, and subject-specific problem-solving.
10. Foster a positive and supportive online learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
