Job Grade: Reporting to: Top Management Team reports to: Engineering, Transition & CoE team (in proportion to expansion of business)
Working relationship: Internal stakeholders: Regional Operations teams, Departmental Heads, Departmental Regional Leads, SMEs (in proportion to expansion of business and business requirements)
External stakeholders: Clients, Vendors, Auditors, QA auditor, Service providers (in proportion to expansion of business and business requirements)
Key Responsibilities
• Achievement of EBITA target through organic and inorganic business development and effective management of region OPEX. Be the SPOC for all escalations from clients and actioning solutions with team.
• Management of regional operations through Team and business partners towards achieving regional P&L and Business Development targets month by month and meet/exceed annual KPI/objectives.
• Performance measurement and management process including monitoring & reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs – measurable and as per business requirement), understanding of scope of work costing, billing and collection, acumen to contract management and legal aspects.
• Drive implementation of strategic business programs and best practices in Property & facilities management with total productive business results. Collaborate with other service lines to ensure seamless and proactive service delivery across the region including all aspects of Facility Operations, EHS, budgeting, cost control, incident management, supplier management and client management.
▪ To organize and launch operational excellence (OE) implementation, best practices on the pan India client portfolio through OE tools and methods. Propose proactive ways to cost optimization, due diligence and solution building to the organization and decide on necessary changes.
▪ To train, Communicate to Operations Managers and Site management teams on solutions to be applied. Give advice to the Client on improvements / evolutions of processes. To lead diagnosis and identifying cost saving opportunity around energy, water and waste and environmental impact. Contributing to Manpower optimization, Change over time reduction, Manpower planning, Value system mapping, Industrial Engineering, Six Sigma projects, Inventory reduction, Floor space optimization, Material handling processes, Time and motion study, 5S, Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Process capability Improvement, Quality Control projects, Business process simplification, Automation, Ergonomic improvements, Root cause Analysis(RCA), ISO 9001, ISO14001 process and system audits, KPI, Review and monitoring of OE initiatives. Project CAPEX, Project planning, Cost working through Lean Management window, AutoCAD layout and workplace design Software implementation, optimization, simulation
. • The individual shall have understanding & knowledge of various aspects of energy management and strategizing energy management for client locations.
• The Individual shall have an innovative mindset for identifying suitable technology solutions to optimize delivery processes as well as the ability to drive implementation of such solutions quickly and effectively across the portfolio.
• The individual is versatile in organizing energize and events programs for clients and customers. Capable of ensuring high standards of hospitality services and enhancing customer delight,
• Manage reporting process in region as per organizational requirement, frequency, formats by providing and facilitating qualitative and quantitative data analysis across the portfolio including daily, weekly reports, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports.
• Establish a standard service vendor management & contract management strategy across all the properties. Strategy to include setting up of SLAs and KPI scorecards for all the service vendors. Establish standard OPEX budget templates and establish annual budgets.
• Establish internal and external benchmarking process for property & asset management services, OPEX budgets and drive continual optimization of costs across the portfolio.
• Establishing internal review strategy for ensuring compliance with the established systems & processes and best practices to implement internal reviews / audits & provide gap analysis reports and drive implementation of corrective / preventive action plans. 1
• HSE Policy and Strategy Development: To develop and implement HSE policies and strategies. To ensure that HSE policies are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives and that strategies are developed to continuously improve HSE performance. To ensure that policies are clear, up-to-date, and communicated effectively to all employees. They shall also devise effective mechanisms to check compliance to the HSE policy at different levels and appraise the leadership team.
• HSE Compliance: Effectiveness in ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and standards. To ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. To implement complete HSE Audit system in each client sites.
• HSE Strategic Planning: Effectiveness in developing and implementing HSE strategic plans. TO develop strategic plans that are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives and that identify specific actions to improve HSE performance & Implementation of these strategic plans and appraise the leadership from time to time.
• HSE Management System Audit: Effectiveness in conducting audits of the organization's HSE management system. To ensure that audits are conducted regularly, and that any deficiencies identified are addressed promptly. Audits can be internal, external or any certification audits.
• HSE Risk Management: Effectiveness in identifying and managing HSE risks across the organization. To develop risk management processes that ensure all significant HSE risks are identified, assessed, and managed appropriately. Appropriate training strategy to hand hold all employees on risk assessment techniques shall also be devised.

• Lead the organization’s sustainability strategy, ensuring that business operations, investments, and projects align with ESG principles. This role integrates sustainability into core business processes, manages stakeholder expectations, and positions the organization as a responsible corporate entity. Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead ESG-related initiatives across departments, embedding sustainable practices into operations, supply chains, and investment decisions. Advise senior leadership and influence decision-making on sustainability and ESG matters. Track ESG trends, standards, and frameworks to maintain industry leadership and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ESG regulations, frameworks, and reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNGC, CDP, and TNFD and as a Consulting assignment for clients generating revenues. Develop data governance and reporting processes for ESG metrics and oversee assurance and verification of ESG reports. Monitor ESG performance against targets and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, HR, operations, procurement) to integrate ESG into business decisions. Engage with investors, NGOs, regulatory bodies, and industry forums to communicate ESG commitments and progress. Cultivate partnerships that enhance the organization’s sustainability profile and reputation.
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. Experience with relative technology like .Net, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, Solr, jQuery, Angular, AWS, IIS, GitHub, Grunt/Gulp, Node.JS, Java/C.
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. To be well-versed in current technology trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Discover and implement modern technology that yields competitive advantage. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess technological performance. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Acumen in understanding the latest trends in Technology / Automation solutions with evaluation skills particularly in the area of IOT, AI, ML, DM, ALGORITHMS etc.
• Establish an effective client engagement & management process and drive implementation of initiative such as: Roll out Client Satisfaction Surveys, Site Well Being Index (SWBI) and work with the SMEs on establishing corrective / preventive action plans and monitor for effective implementation.
• Schedule, implement and manage various third-party audits / reviews across the portfolio including Energy audits, Safety & security audits, Quality audits etc. Accountability of innovation into services to clients.
• Involvement right from recruitment of right staff for the right role, major role in training immediate team during induction, training and guiding the team on developmental activities, process orientation and ensuring the implementation of ISO standards on sites. Ensure calendared visits to client - Monthly meeting with clients – MMR, QBR, ABR and SLA review.
• Active participation and Industry interface ability at regional and national level.
2. Required Qualifications Education: B. Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) preferred along with MBA/ Post Graduation. C, HTML programme languages, Windows 9X/2000/NT/XP/7/7/10, Linux operating systems, MS office, SAP, AutoCAD, Advance Excel tools and packages and AI, Machine learning, Diploma/Certification in sustainability, environmental science or advanced ESG certification, LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), optionally specialized in Building Design & Construction, Operations & Maintenance, or Interior Design & Construction; other sustainability certifications such as CEM or WELL are desirable. Experience: An overall experience of 15-18 + years with not less than 5 years in similar role in service industry – IPC preffered/ IFM Company.

• The Individual shall carry sound understanding and knowledge on various functions of Property Management of across parks, with exposure to budget planning, preparation and expense control. An understanding with practical application of cost optimization, lean management, and process automation is highly desirable. The Individual shall be metric driven and shall implement SLA’s for all the services provided.

• Excellent communication abilities. Understanding network infrastructure through interpersonal skills is essential.
