Manager - Technology Consulting - Infor WMS

We're looking for a seasoned Manager, Technology Consulting with Infor WMS expertise to head up a multi-site Infor WMS platform rollout, managing every stage of deployment from planning and design through configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support.

Guide customers on warehouse management best practices to achieve favorable business results Act as lead coordinator for implementation initiatives and supervise Infor WMS application configuration Handle the complete lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, spanning planning through implementation and post-go-live support Supervise configuration validation and evidence gathering, representative inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover preparation, UAT defect resolution, high-volume operational testing, go-live preparation, and stabilization Advise clients on best practices spanning warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management and RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and inventory cycle counting Complete tasks independently, prioritize team workloads, and adapt swiftly within a fast-paced environment Confirm work satisfies or surpasses client quality standards while actively managing suitable quality controls Navigate ambiguous situations to bring clarity and structure across project delivery Cultivate capability, best-practice competencies, and skill development within client teams Earn respect and trust from EPAM and client colleagues through supportive and dependable conduct Foster collaboration and receptiveness to diverse perspectives to boost performance across client and EPAM teams Spot opportunities to proactively cultivate strategic relationships at individual, account, and organizational levels 12-17 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager level, or 4+ years of dedicated Infor Warehouse Management (WMS) experience Track record implementing Infor WMS in sectors like Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing Solid grasp of end-to-end WMS business functions Supply chain background gained at major global technology consulting firms, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, or CPG distributors Strong command of Supply Chain Management, recognized as an SME/thought leader in WMS solutions Willingness to travel as project delivery requires Bachelor's degree mandatory; further education is advantageous
