Institutional Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify, approach, and sign MoU agreements with engineering colleges, BCA/BSc colleges, polytechnics, and arts & science colleges within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and Career Development Cell (CDC) coordinators.
- Onboard small computer training institutes as Rooman hybrid delivery partners.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and demo sessions on topics such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Skills.
- Represent Rooman at education fairs, college events, and institutional meetings.
Student Enrollment & Revenue
- Drive student enrollments through institutional channels and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with college partners for batch scheduling, student communication, and course delivery support.
- Track and report weekly pipeline activities including prospects contacted, meetings conducted, MoUs signed, and enrollments confirmed.
Territory Management
- Maintain a live territory database of all mapped colleges and institutes, including visit and status tracking.
- Build and nurture long-term institutional relationships for repeat batches and referrals.
- Submit weekly activity and progress reports to the reporting manager.
