Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist the HR department with various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documents.
• Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
• No prior experience is required; freshers are also welcome to apply.
