The Role

Requirement:

Job Title: DevOps Architect

Experience: 9+ years

Location – Bengaluru/Gurugram (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime with Techno-Comp Computer Services India Ltd

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days

• Identify the needs for building automation, and designing and implementing CICD solutions.
• Consult on DevSecOps requirements from diverse applications/lines of business partners.
• Create Plug-and-play, reusable solutions, and patterns for CICD Pipelines.
• Create, publish, optimize,e and socialize CICD best practices, patterns, and solutions.
• Build and maintain CICD building blocks and shared libraries proactively for app and development teams to enable quicker build and deployment.
• Design action plans to address CICD platforms and tools solutions and challenges.
• Actively participate in calls between team members and vendors to prevent issues.
• Troubleshoot, Identify, and fix problems in the DevSecOps domain.
• Identify management concerns and problems, assess them, and offer solutions.

Ideal Profile

Required skills: Bitbucket, Devops, Jenkins, Ansible, Linux, Python, Ansible, AWS, shell/PowerShell/batch, Ms build, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and building DevOps technical solutions for cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-prem infrastructure with microservices or traditional application patterns implementing solutions to address infrastructure and security requirements.
• Deep understanding of SDLC including CI and CD pipeline architecture and process and industry-standard service management principles (such as ITIL).
• Deep expertise in implementing CI/CD with DevOps tools in one or more on-prem or cloud environments Microsoft or Amazon or Google for Enterprise web/desktop software.
• Deep Technical expertise with an orchestration of DevOps toolkits such as Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Terraform, GIT/ Version Control, or similar tool stacks.
• Proven Experience in DevOps Automation, and strong working experience in automating provisioning and management of Infrastructure(Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions).
• Proven experience with at least one of the scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, etc.
• Proven work experience as a DevOps Architect for on-premises, Cloud (AWS or Azure or GCP), and hybrid environments. Experience in one cloud technology with a good understanding of the Platforms for scalable, cost-effective, and reliable system deployments.
• Experience with CI, CT, and CD and collaboration with all other teams for successful continuous deployments.
• Experience with Windows/ Linux scripting.
• Familiarity with the integration of Security tools and Quality gates with Pipelines.
• Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk)
• Good experience with Containerization and Orchestration tools like Docker, and Kubernetes for enhancing scalability, fault tolerance, and development agility.
• Proven work experience with building and maintaining Dev, Staging, and Production environments.
• Deep work experience in working in agile ways such as SAFe etc in delivering and deployments of PODs specifically and knowledge/ experience on product-centric delivery models.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Containerization: In-depth experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including orchestration and scaling.
• Configuration Management: Advanced knowledge of configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Performance Optimization: Proven ability to optimize and tune system performance at scale.
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability: Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations .
