About the Role: We are looking for an execution-focused, hands-on Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Specialist to help build our customer acquisition engine from the ground up. Because we are in an agile, high-growth phase, we do not expect you to manage a rigid, legacy enterprise software stack. Instead, you will have the ownership to set up smart, lightweight outbound systems, test paid acquisition channels, build targeted prospect databases, and drive qualified product demo bookings for both products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Demand Generation & Demo Acquisition
Set up, execute, and monitor automated multi-step cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn) targeted at high-intent B2B decision-makers.Tailor outreach and value propositions to our two distinct target buyer profiles:
A/B test subject lines, messaging hooks, and demo offers to maximize reply rates and meeting bookings.
Manage mailbox deliverability, domain health (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warm-up protocols, and inbox placement.
2. Lead Sourcing & Audience Data Building
- Build verified, highly targeted contact and account lists using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or scrapers/enrichment databases.
- Segment prospect lists rigorously based on criteria such as plant size, industry vertical, company headcount, and existing tech stacks.
- Maintain clean lead databases (via Google Sheets, Airtable, or a lightweight CRM) with structured lead tagging and follow-up notes.
3. Lean Marketing Operations & Tracking
- Help evaluate, select, and implement our foundational marketing tools (e.g., a simple modern CRM like Close/Attio/Zoho, cold outreach software, and web capture forms).
- Set up tracking, UTM parameters, and lead-capture mechanisms on landing pages to understand where inquiries and demo requests originate.
- Build simple, practical automation workflows (using tools like Zapier, Make, or webhook integrations) to connect forms, spreadsheets, calendar booking links, and sales alerts.
4. Paid Media & Pilot Testing (LinkedIn & Search)
Plan and run targeted pilot campaigns on LinkedIn Ads (using job title, seniority, and company list targeting) and Google Search Ads (intent-based queries).
Monitor budget efficiency, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-meeting-booked, and pipeline quality.
Ensure ad creatives and copy clearly communicate the practical ROI of AI video analytics and AI recruiting to non-technical buyers.
5. Collateral & Content Activation
Coordinate with founders and the technical team to repurpose product videos, CCTV feature demos, screening interview samples, and customer case studies into high-converting outreach assets.
Create concise, high-impact one-pagers, deck slides, and landing page copy that clearly articulate product benefits.
Required Skills
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Outbound Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing (preferably in SaaS, IT services, tech consulting, or early-stage startups).
Outbound Toolkit: Hands-on experience with modern prospecting and cold outbound tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Lusha).
Technical Deliverability: Working knowledge of outbound email hygiene, inbox warm-ups, secondary domain setups, and deliverability best practices.
Scrappy Automation: Comfortable using spreadsheets, Airtable, Zapier/Make, and modern forms/calendar tools (e.g., Calendly, Tally, Typeform).
Copywriting: Ability to write sharp, persuasive B2B outreach copy that avoids generic buzzwords and focuses on tangible business pain points.
Mindset: Proactive and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment without rigid corporate playbooks.
Bonus Points (Good to Have)
Experience marketing AI solutions, Industrial IoT, Computer Vision, HR Tech, or Staffing services.
Exposure to running pilot-budget campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads.
