Required Designation:CQE(Supplier Quality Engineer)Required Experience:Min 5 yearsRequired Qualification:B.TECH/Diploma Reporting To:Customer Quality ManagerNoJob description1Serve as the main point of contact for all customer quality issues, complaints, and escalations.2Manage customer communication for problem-solving, audits, and quality approvals and ensure timely closure of non-conformities3Ensure timely submission of customer-required quality documents (8D, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.).4Investigate customer complaints and product non-conformances and Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (RCA, 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).5Support in preparation and review of control plans, inspection standards, and test procedures.6Ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements,also ensure continuous improvement in customer quality metrics7Monitor and report Customer PPM, Rejection Trends, Delivery Quality, and Customer Satisfaction Index and present to management on customer quality performance.8Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material meets customer quality standards.9Work closely with production, process, and supplier quality teams to resolve issues, Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and change management processes to meet customer expectations.10Identify recurring issues and initiate projects to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction and Promote a customer-centric quality culture within the organization
