ServiceNow Solution Architect :Experience :8 - 12+ years overall IT experience, with 5 - 7+ years of strong ServiceNow experience in solution design and architecture.Role Overview :We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions, lead technical teams, and provide architecture and technical governance across ServiceNow implementations.Key Responsibilities :- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.- Define HLD/LLD, architecture, data models, integrations, security and deployment approach.- Provide expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Portal/Employee Center and IntegrationHub.- Design integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs and Service Graph Connectors.- Ensure maximum use of OOTB functionality and minimize unnecessary customization.- Review technical designs, configurations and custom development for scalability and upgrade compatibility.- Lead architecture discussions with customers and stakeholders.- Guide developers/technical teams and establish development standards.- Support RFPs, solution proposals, effort estimation and technical presentations.- Provide technical governance, troubleshooting and performance optimization.Required Skills :- Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.- ITSM and ITOM expertise.- Strong CMDB/CSDM understanding.- ServiceNow integrations and API architecture.- JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management is preferred.- Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps, SPM and AI/Now Assist is an advantage.- Strong communication, stakeholder management and solution-design skills.Certifications :- ServiceNow CSA - mandatory/preferred- CIS certification - preferred- ServiceNow CTA - highly desirableGood to Have :- Experience integrating ServiceNow with BMC Helix, Dynatrace, ScienceLogic, Splunk, SolarWinds, Azure/AWS and other enterprise monitoring/ITOM platforms.
