About the job
Key Responsibilities:
A. Accounts Receivable Management1. Record, reconcile, and monitor accounts receivable transactions in compliance with accounting standards. B. Customer Reconciliation
1. Resolve discrepancies related to short payments, deductions, and disputes.
2. Perform periodic reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve mismatches. C. Sales Returns and Credit Notes
1. Process and account for sales returns and issue credit notes in accordance with company policies.
2. Ensure proper documentation and approval for sales return transactions. D. Audit and Reporting
1. Prepare schedules, statements, and supporting documents for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
2. Assist in responding to auditors' queries related to accounts receivable.

Other requirements
1. Strong understanding of accounting principles and receivables processes.
2. Freshers with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
3. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
