Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a *Senior Partnerships Manager located in Jaipur. The role involves developing and managing relationships with builders, developers, channel partners, and institutional clients to generate business opportunities for the Dubai market. The successful candidate will identify strategic partnerships, conduct client meetings and presentations, negotiate commercial opportunities, and collaborate closely with the Dubai sales team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in institutional sales, B2B sales, or business development.

* Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Experience working with builders, developers, or channel partners is highly preferred.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Self-driven with a strong business development mindset.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Experience in real estate or allied industries will be an added advantage.
