About the job

Key responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /year
