Job Title: IT Support Specialist Job Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain, and optimize computer systems, applications, and network environments to ensure high availability and performance. Proactively identify, prioritize, escalate, and resolve critical and high-impact support tickets. Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Provide timely, high-quality technical support and guidance to end users. Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve team efficiency. Ensure adherence to IT support policies, SLAs, and best practices. Continuously update technical knowledge to stay aligned with evolving systems and tools. Required Skills: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (preferably Python). Strong proficiency in Linux commands and SQL/NoSQL queries. Hands-on experience with Linux services and web servers (e.g., Nginx, Apache). Proven experience troubleshooting complex issues on Linux and Windows operating systems. Good working knowledge of Ubuntu OS administration. Strong analytical, communication, and customer-handling skills. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. Nice to Have: Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
