About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual, in-person, panel, or off-site) across multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless calendar alignment and timely communication.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing clear instructions, status updates, and interview-related information.
3. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and interviewer availability.
4. Manage interview logistics, including meeting coordination, video conferencing arrangements, interview room bookings, and travel arrangements where applicable.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment process.
6. Facilitate interview feedback collection and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of evaluation and decision-making processes.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of interview coordination processes, templates, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.
8. Support employer branding initiatives by delivering a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience aligned with the organization's values.
9. Handle candidate communication with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

A. Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 months of experience in a corporate environment through internships, apprenticeships, or full-time employment.

2. Prior exposure to recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or stakeholder management will be an added advantage.

B. Educational credentials:

1. Mandatory: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

2. Eligibility: Only graduates are eligible to apply; candidates currently pursuing a degree will not be considered.

3. Preferred: MBA/PG qualification in human resources.
