RPA LeadExperience : 8+ YearsLocation : PAN India / HybridEmployment Type : Full-TimeAbout the Role :We are seeking an experienced RPA Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere (A360), Python, and SQL, with proven experience leading automation initiatives from solution design through production deployment. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to identify automation opportunities, design scalable RPA solutions, and ensure successful implementation while following enterprise standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities :1. RPA Solution Design & Development :- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere (A360).- Build reusable automation components and frameworks to accelerate development and improve maintainability.- Develop attended and unattended bots to automate complex business processes across multiple business functions.- Optimize automation workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.2. Automation Delivery :- Lead end-to-end RPA implementation projects, from requirement analysis to production deployment.- Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define functional requirements.- Prepare solution design documents, process definition documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, coding standards, and governance guidelines.3. Process Analysis & Optimization :- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation potential and recommend process improvements.- Participate in process mapping, solution design workshops, and business requirement discussions.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through intelligent automation and workflow optimization.4. Testing & Quality Assurance :- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of automation solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, production issues, and automation exceptions.- Participate in peer code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality automation solutions.5. Database & Integration :- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts to support automation workflows.- Integrate bots with enterprise applications, databases, web services, SAP, and legacy systems.- Implement queue-based automation and workload management for enterprise-scale deployments.6. Team Leadership :- Mentor junior RPA developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.- Review solution designs and enforce RPA development best practices.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.Required Skills & Experience :- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation.- Strong expertise in UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere A360.- Proficiency in Python for automation scripting and integration.- Strong SQL knowledge including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and database optimization.- Experience with queue management, workload management, and enterprise bot orchestration.- Hands-on experience in automation design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall development methodologies.- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience with business process improvement, process mapping, and Design Thinking methodologies.- Exposure to Machine Learning or Intelligent Automation solutions.- Experience integrating RPA solutions with SAP, ERP, web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau or SAP BusinessObjects.- Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, ALM, Rally, or similar project management tools.Technical Skills :- RPA Platforms : UiPath, Automation Anywhere A360- Programming : Python, .NET, VB Scripting, XML- Databases : MS SQL Server, Teradata, Stored Procedures- Reporting : Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects (BO)- Operating Systems : Windows, Unix- Methodologies : Agile, Waterfall- Tools : Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, ALM, Rally, Visual Studio, MS OfficeEducational Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Preferred Certifications :- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer- Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional- Any other industry-recognized RPA certification will be an added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
