PJM or Phase Jitter Modulation technology is at the heart of WDTS solutions and is the only proven RFID protocol capable of meeting the high-volume, high-speed, dynamic requirements of the casino environment.Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of software products within our gaming technology portfolio. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven product professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business needs into high-quality, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Define and execute product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market insights.- Specify market and customer requirements through close interaction with customers, field service teams, and internal stakeholders.- Document product challenges, opportunities, and success criteria to guide development and decision-making.- Drive new feature development from start to finish by writing clear product requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Define delivery timelines and priorities in partnership with engineering and QA teams.- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, and QA in an Agile environment.- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality in day-to-day product management activities.- Perform and support user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying defects, enhancements, and opportunities for continuous improvement.- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align on product vision, priorities, and delivery trade-offs.Required Qualifications :- Degree or certification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience in product management.- Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining software products in a cross-functional environment.- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); familiarity with Waterfall is a plus.Preferred Skills :- Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, documentation quality, and decision-making.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear product actions.- Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams on complex software systems.- Domain experience or familiarity with the casino or gaming industry is preferred.
