Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in freight forwarding sales, an existing customer network, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate new business opportunities in Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Logistics services.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities through regular customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Existing customer base/business contacts mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach towards business development and lead generation.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Candidate should be available to join immediately.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Logistics services.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer management skills.
