Company Description DeepLLMData specializes in providing expert human data to power frontier models. We work on multiple domains including Coding, Python, DA/DS, Java, Swift, Programming, Languages, STEM, PhD, Maths, domain-specific experts, image and video annotators, and image and video data provisioning specialists. Role Description This is a Campaign Manager (HR - Cum- Operations Lead role) for somebody who has LLM Model training resources operations + LLM Program management experience. We are looking for somebody who has hands-on experience with LLM Model training. He will perform following functions: A. Campaign Manager will be responsible for day-to-day resource management for all the programs assigned to him. B. Co-ordinate with all the Members to deliver the SFT and RLHF, Domain, Transcription programs. C. Do the interviews and help with onboarding the Data annotation team. C. Should have hands-on experience with LLM Model training to deliver the Quality of the Program being delivered by the team. D. Program Delivery Milestones. E. Co-ordination with members, customer stakeholders and recruiting team is needed to deliver. Qualifications Experience of working with a LLM Model training Experience with Coding SFT/RLHF or Transcription Strong ability to co-ordinate and lead the large number of various tasks More than 5+ years experience.
