Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can own complex projects end-to-end, build high-quality products, and elevate team performance. This role blends strong coding ability, product thinking, and leadership. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of high-complexity engineering projects Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build impactful solutions Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Make smart trade-offs between speed, quality, and technical debt Improve system architecture for scalability, maintainability, and performance Solve complex engineering problems with practical, robust solutions Guide and unblock team members to ensure smooth delivery Set high standards for code quality and engineering best practices Build and integrate AI-powered solutions (including LLM-based applications) Share learnings and identify patterns to improve overall systems and platforms Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth What You’ll Bring Experience 7–10 years of software engineering experience Proven experience in a lead or senior engineering role Experience building products from scratch (0 → 1) Strong background in object-oriented programming Technical Skills Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals Experience across full stack (frontend, backend, data systems, APIs) Good understanding of system design and architecture Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based applications is a plus Ability to use technology to solve real business problems
