Backend Developer - Python

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Flask.- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.- Design and manage SQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.- Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams.- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.- Optimize application performance and scalability.Required Skills : - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.- Strong experience with Flask framework.- Good understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).- Experience in writing complex SQL queries and database optimization.- Experience in LLM models and AI/ML Tools.- Experience in the Biotech/Lifesciences domain.- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.- Familiarity with Git version control.- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Preferred Skills : - Knowledge of Docker and containerization.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.- Exposure to ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy.
