About the job

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct call monitoring and call auditing for sales processes.
• Perform regular call calibrations with Quality, Training, and Operations teams.
• Evaluate calls based on defined quality parameters and sales standards .
• Provide structured call feedback and coaching to sales executives.
• Identify quality and process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Track quality scores and maintain QA/MIS reports .
• Ensure adherence to process, sales, and compliance guidelines .
• Support continuous improvement in customer experience and sales performance .

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in Sales Process Quality / QA

Hands-on experience in Call Monitoring & Call Auditing

Experience in conducting Call Calibration

Strong experience in providing Call Feedback

Good understanding of sales processes and quality parameters

Strong communication and analytical skills

Ability to work closely with Operations and Training teams
