We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SIR Developer to design, develop, and enhance cybersecurity incident response capabilities using the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) module Configure workflows, playbooks, forms, and automation using Flow Designer and scripting Develop integrations with security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks Support platform upgrades, testing, and release cycles Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions Technical Skills Required Strong experience with ServiceNow SIR development and configuration Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs Understanding of security incident response lifecycle and processes Experience in workflows, forms, access controls, and notifications Good to Have Experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-SIR) Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills To Apply Kindly share your updated CV with the below details to our HR SPOC: HR Contact: Pratik Chavan – Talent Acquisition, Claidroid Tech
