About the job
On-Ground.ai builds AI for brands that sell premium products and services offline, across call centres, field visits and stores. We have grown fast and now work with seven enterprises. Our founders are Mukunda Dwarkanath (ex-Microsoft, repeat founder) and Rashmi Sehgal (ex-Pine Labs and Razorpay).
Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and ship AI agents, voice workflows and WhatsApp flows for enterprise customers2. Work directly with the founders and with customers
3. Use AI tools every day to build faster
