Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a strong understanding of the Recruit CRM platform and the recruitment industry.2. Respond to client inquiries through chat, email, and video calls to provide timely assistance.
3. Guide users in effectively utilizing platform features and recommend suitable workarounds when needed.
4. Adhere to established communication standards, processes, and support procedures.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure a great customer experience.
6. Consistently aim to deliver high-quality support and exceptional service. Note: During the initial 6-month training period, you'll be working in the primary Europe shift (12:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST). You'll transition to one of our five core work shifts as a full-time employee as per requirement and availability-1. Europe - 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST Monday - Friday.
2. Asia Pacific - 6:00 am - 4:00 pm IST Monday - Friday.
3. Half North America - 4:00 pm - 2:00 am IST Monday - Friday.
4. Full North America - 8:00 pm - 6:00 am IST Monday - Friday.
5. Middle East - Can choose from 4 options (4 days or 5 days a week). Selection process (Online/Virtual): The selection process at Recruit CRM includes an online aptitude & English test, an assignment round, and 2-3 virtual interview rounds, all designed to evaluate your analytical thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 6,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
