We are looking for an experienced  Insights Analyst – BI & Reporting to transform complex business and market data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with particular emphasis on experience working with  Circana and IRI data, business intelligence, market analytics, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and presenting findings to business stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate data into actionable insights, and improve reporting processes through automation and analytical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets from  Circana, IRI , and other market and business data sources.
• Develop and maintain recurring business reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful BI reports, analytical models, and data-driven insights.
• Identify market trends, business opportunities, performance gaps, and key drivers through quantitative analysis.
• Support sales, marketing, category, commercial, and leadership teams with actionable business insights.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze product, category, customer, market share, pricing, distribution, and competitive performance data.
• Create executive-ready presentations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and recommendations.
• Build automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement frameworks.
• Monitor business performance against targets and identify significant trends or deviations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep-dive investigations to address specific business questions.
• Combine multiple internal and external data sources to develop comprehensive business perspectives.
• Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Continuously improve BI and reporting capabilities through automation, visualization, and analytical best practices.
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in  Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Insights, or a related analytical role .
• Strong hands-on experience working with  Circana and/or IRI data is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer, retail, FMCG, market research, or commercial analytics.
• Experience working with large datasets and converting raw data into actionable business insights.
• Strong knowledge of BI and data visualization concepts and reporting best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with BI tools such as  Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to identify trends, correlations, business drivers, and opportunities from complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance measurement, market share, sales, category, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience automating recurring reports and improving reporting processes is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded approach to data and business problem-solving.
