Generative AI Engineer

Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for business use cases.- Build and integrate LLM-based applications using modern GenAI technologies.- Develop solutions involving RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.- Evaluate and integrate foundation models and AI services based on business requirements.- Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and applications into production environments.- Work with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.- Optimize AI models and applications for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost.- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.- Troubleshoot model and application issues and continuously improve solution quality.- Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning.Required Skills :- 5 - 10 years of experience in AI/ML or related engineering roles.- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning.- Good understanding of LLMs, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI application development.- Experience with Python and commonly used AI/ML frameworks.- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, model APIs, and AI integration.- Understanding of cloud-based AI/ML platforms and deployment practices.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Candidate Profile :- Experience developing production-grade GenAI/AI solutions.- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or conversational AI.- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model evaluation, and deployment.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
