faff is a personal assistance service that helps people get things done — booking flights, making appointments, navigating complicated processes. As an Executive Assistant, you're the one who actually does it.
Every task comes with clear instructions. Your job is to read them carefully and execute — make calls, fill forms, do web check-ins, find information, send screenshots. No two days are the same.
What you'll be doing
- Following step-by-step task instructions and completing them accurately.
- Communicating with users over call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Using your phone and laptop to navigate apps, websites, and tools.
You're a fit if
- Your English communication is clear — written and spoken
- You read instructions fully before starting
- You're comfortable calling people
- You can figure out a new app or website on your own
