In Time Tec - Development Support Analyst - Telecom Domain

Role Purpose : A hands-on engineering role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining features on a cloud-based SaaS billing and subscription management platform serving enterprise telecom clients. This person owns feature delivery end-to-end - from technical design through implementation, testing support, and production stability - while working closely with domain analysts and Product Managers to translate telecom billing requirements (subscriptions, recurring billing, invoicing, payments, taxation) into robust, scalable code.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and maintain features across the platform, with a focus on billing, subscription lifecycle, invoicing, payments, and reporting modules.- Translate functional specifications from Domain Analysts/BAs into technical designs.- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews.- Debug and resolve production issues, including data/billing discrepancies.- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and data integrity.- Build and integrate APIs for internal modules and third-party/client system integrations.- Collaborate with QA on test planning and support UAT cycles.- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.Tech Stack & Requirements : - 2 - 6 years of professional software development experience, with at least one significant stint building or maintaining a SaaS/enterprise product.- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language/framework (e.g., .NET, Java/Spring, Node.js, PHP).- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.- Practical understanding of SaaS/multi-tenant application concepts.- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.- Proficient in use of AI tools and prompts which can support fast and quality deliveries.Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
