About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage Order to Cash (OTC) processes from customer order receipt through payment collection.
2. Handle collections activities, including debt collection, aged debt reporting, and dunning processes.
3. Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
4. Resolve collection-related disputes while maintaining positive customer relationships.
5. Perform cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in payment records.
6. Follow up on missing remittances and ensure accurate payment allocation.
7. Prepare refund packages accurately and submit them to clients according to established procedures.
8. Record and maintain collection activities within designated client systems and tools.
9. Support billing, deduction management, and dispute resolution processes.
10. Conduct client interactions through calls, emails, and chat channels to address payment concerns.
11. Coordinate with billing, finance, and credit teams to resolve account-related issues.
12. Monitor compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
13. Manage tickets and service requests related to collections and customer accounts.
14. Contribute to achieving key performance indicators, service level agreements, and collection targets.

- Knowledge of credit management and credit assessment principles.

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good email writing and business correspondence skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts when required.
