About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Allocate responsibilities to site engineers/technicians/site contractors (DPR)
2. Monitor day-to-day execution for compliance with work & time to achieve schedule date
3. Ensure manpower productivity through daily/weekly reviews (site - notebook)
4. Mentor junior site technician and provide on-site technical training whenever required (training - notebook)
5. Coordinate with fabricators, plumbers, welders and site contractors for each projects (project file : MOM, inspection report)
6. Submit daily progress report (DPR), weekly schedules, and monthly MIS to management (project file)
7. Track and close all punch points from client ( mail communication)
8. Prepare project closure reports such as - DPR, project completion report, site handover, documents submission reports (project file - with templates)
9. Review project scope from final offer, client from PO, and technical requirements (Project File)
10. Prepare project execution plan (PEP) with the help of Proudyog Software (planning printout)
11. Prepare bar-chart for the project (project file)
12. Coordinate with required departments for timely release of BOM, drawings and materials (Proudyog sheet update) like design, purchase & workshop
