About The Job Training & Development • Ensure 100% onboarding completion within 7–10 days , building a strong foundation for every new joiner • Drive end-to-end training journey completion , maintaining 85–90%+ assessment scores across the region • Deliver high-impact training sessions on product, sales, customer experience, and grooming standards • Identify skill gaps through store visits, performance insights, and feedback , and take swift action • Design and execute monthly training calendars with complete adherence • Build and maintain real-time training dashboards and performance tracking • Uplift low performers through focused coaching and structured improvement plans 📈 Sales & Performance Impact • Drive key retail KPIs like Conversion, UPT, and ATV through targeted training interventions • Enable teams with strong selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques • Deliver on-floor coaching during peak hours to maximize impact • Actively contribute to store revenue growth through capability building 🤝 Stakeholder Co
